Another no wind day

Well I am trying to make some excitement on my blog for you guys but cant seem to find the right words. We are sitting here on Guincho beach with nice waves and no wind. Thougths go through my head... why didnt you do this or that in your heat. You know you can do better...why.. why.. why... you cant go back and change anything and I know I shouldn't think about it too much.. but I will be doing fine.. just going around.. and then a burst of pain goes through my body of like.. dang it... why... oh well. I just wish we could get on with it and start focusing on something else.. Anyhow.. Guincho is an amazing place. The city of Caiscais is amazing. The weather here is so beautiful with near perfect temperatures.
