Ahh.. it sure is nice to be back. Today got all my stuff organized and yep.. you guessed it.. down to the beach.. Only thing is just went to watch. Today was the Hawaii State Championships and my brother and Phil went down to battle it out for the title. It was fun to watch them match race it out but in the end it was Matt that took the win. Phil gave a good fight but Matt took the victory. Tomorrrow is Matt's Bday so you kinda figure that Phil let him have it.. I dont really think so.. but anyhow. Well I am struggling with my jet lag so might be up early.. We will see!

Another day, another bowl of rice. I would think that the Hawaiian State Championships would be an amateur event exclusive of professionals like your brother.

They have a pro division and all the people here love racing with him and getting to see what they can aspire to!

Hey Matt,

Good to hear you are back safely and well done over in Europe. Looks like it is a very competetive fleet of boys there and I am proud that you bro's did well. Make us Yanks proud that you are there along with Micah, etc.
Maui Race series is a great thing. I did it for one summer back in '97 and learned a ton.
Euroman just airmailed me a S.U.P. Friday and I am totally stoked.
He and the boys are building some cool stuff.

Anyway, love the blog and enjoy the rest.
