It looks like they have raised the luff pocket (or whatever you call it) up to the 3rd batten. Anything else going on there you can share with us ?

I think the luff pocket is the same. If you look at the actual pocket, NOT the mast sleeve panel, and how its working with the battens, its the same size.

Looks like they cleaned up the panels a bit as well.

Hard to say with the perspective, but the head looks a few inches shorter (mast to batten end) and provided the sails are the same size, perhaps the boom is longer for a little more low end grunt and better draft control?

The guy who is blowing by me is a friend of mine named Giovanni Domenichini. He is from Italy and is really fast out on the water!! I dont think there is any more cams on the TR 4, and yes all of the panels are really cleaned up. These two sails were the 7.0 vrs 7.6.

Certainly looks clean and slick. Pity the TR-4 wasn't in the foreground.
It's interesting to see where Mauisails are now and then remember back to the comments of Barry when starting up a couple of years ago wondering how it would all turn out. No bad at all , I would suspect.
