Welcome to our new site PritchardWindsurfing.com!! My brother and I have been working on making something from the both of us to kinda tie the blog and some other cool stuff into one! We are both going to be active and making this a sweet site to hang out, ask questions and live the dream. I will be continuing my blog and Matt will be adding interesting How To's and moves as well as some EQ tech stuff. Since we are now both on the Gaastra program we figured now is the time to do it. Well that was a pretty nice weekend.. Some good slalom sailing, some good biking, did a nice ride up to Kahakloa.. probably spelled wrong but anyhow.. i wanted to keep my stats as well here... cause this ride is a lot more fun... Ride time was 1:59, Average heart rate was 124 with a max of 154, 27.6 miles, Average speed 14, with a time trial time of 37:30... Been out on the slalom gear quite a bit and the Gaastra Vapor along with my Isonic 86 is seeming to be going really good. I am just trying to get my starts and gybes down and make the most out of this great wind we have been having over here on Maui. Yesterday took a day off from sailing and just did a Makawao loop and a stand up paddle from Hookipa to Baby beach. The wind was so windy that it was effortless. Now Monday, back on the gym, back on the slalom, and a day off from the bike. Also end of the month so check out the new Move of the Month.
