Well that was a pretty nice weekend.. Some good slalom sailing, some good biking, did a nice ride up to Kahakloa.. probably spelled wrong but anyhow.. i wanted to keep my stats as well  here... cause this ride is a lot more fun... Ride time was 1:59, Average heart rate was 124  with a max of 154,  27.6 miles, Average speed 14, with a time trial time of 37:30...

 Been out on the slalom gear quite a bit and the Gaastra Vapor along with my Isonic 86 is seeming to be going really good. I am just trying to get my starts and gybes down and make the most out of this great wind we have been having  over here on Maui. Yesterday took a day off from sailing and just did a Makawao loop and a stand up paddle from Hookipa to Baby beach. The wind was so windy that it was effortless.

Now Monday, back on the gym, back on the slalom, and a day off from the bike.
