That was a pretty demanding trip you took to Cabo Verde. Just flying from Boston to Hawaii would be too much for me. It might have been worse, however. You could have been sick on the plane or in a foreign country. Once I came down with an aweful flu after swimming in the Olympic pool in Munich. I was on the train when it hit. I had to put up in a town called Belfort in France for three days to recover. Take care of yourself, you'll recover.
